First of all, this is a memory Hogger!
Begin by
1) Closing all Apps running in the background by tapping on the iPad "Home" Button 2x. This will bring up the Dashboard that shows a list of open Apps running in your background.
2) To close all open Apps, hold down one of the app icons until it wiggles and the "-" sign shows up on all OPENED APPS! Tap on each one to close entirely.
3) Now if you have closed all the background apps and still cant run this App, reboot your system by holding down the power button on top of your iPad for 15 seconds. Turn the unit back on and try it again.
